Jason Kelce is Done for the Season

Well, so much for the sunshiny 4-6 weeks outlook. The Eagles announced today that Jason Kelce is, in fact, done for the season. He will have surgery to repair a partially torn ACL.

Yesterday, trainer Rick Burkholder told reporters that the Eagles would wait for Kelceā€™s torn MCL to heal before making a decision about his ACL, but… plans change, it seems.

The Eagles placed Kelce on injured reserved and added Steve Vallos to take his spot. Dallas Reynolds, who Marcus Hayes wrote a a beautiful sonnet about, will get a chance to start at center this weekend for the Birds.
