Andrew Bynum is Being Sued By His Philly Landlord

It seems that every time Andrew Bynum sets up a new domicile, a lawsuit follows.

Told you in 2012 about Bynum’s California neighbors who sued him for brandishing firearms, smoking weed, playing loud music, driving his cars at dangerous speeds, blasting video games at “window-shaking” volumes and letting his dogs run loose. Now it’s the landlord of a $10k per month Philly condo that is suing Bynum for damages above and beyond the $10k security deposit.

From the complaint filed yesterday:

Unfortunately there are no juicy details here – what is damaged? what personal items were broken? was a midget or hooker involved? – but you can read the full complaint after the jump.

  1. The neighbors complained about pot smoking in cali??? That seems odd, since it’s smoked openly, even in public….weird

  2. Come see me DJ at Pitcher Pub, cheap drinks, and cheap underage tail everywhere bros. Come get it.

If there was ever a former Philadelphia athlete…..can this guy even be considered a former Philadelphia athlete??….that I give less of a fuck about then DeSean Jackson, it is Andrew Bynum.

    Who the fuck cares?????

  5. They probably had to fumigate the infested snatch stank out of the rugs from that Penthouse Club chick.

I’m sure we can all agree, she’s definitely the kind of chick who would spread a tarp on the floor and let Bynum’s boys let loose with a brown shower train, as long as they threw a few hundreds per fudge log.
