According to NJ.com, NFL investigators are looking into the Nelson Agholor strip club incident from June because NFL investigators are nothing if not timely and thorough.

Agholor, Connor Barwin, and Fletcher Cox were at Cheerleaders Gentlemen’s Club – though Barwin sped away as fast as he could on his bicycle like a freaked out kid in Stranger Things – when, according to one dancer, she was sexually assaulted by Agholor. Some reports claimed it stemmed from a money dispute in a private room, and charges were never filed against Agholor.

Now the NFL’s investigators “interviewed several people last week, including the dancer, who made the accusation, and other employees of Cheerleaders.” Which is good because the NFL definitely hasn’t bungled every conduct investigation and punishment they’ve gotten themselves into. Nope, not at all.

If the NFL (Roger Goodell) decides they’re going to fine Agholor, that’s confusing. If they’re going to suspend him, that’s worse. Josh Brown, an admitted wife beater, was initially given a one game suspension. According to my math that equals a one play suspension for Agholor.

Meanwhile, the Eagles’ investigators – mainly Noah in a hat –  have been interviewing fans to try to find out what exactly happened to Agholor’s potential.
