Update: Rob McElhenney confirmed Chester shooting on 93.3 WMMR this morning. That is video shooting.
We did some sleuthing and it appears as if Chase Utley and Ryan Howard are filming It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia today in Chester at Harrah's Casino. We are not 100% sure on this, but some Twitter users seem to confirm it.
