Welcome to the hood, Clifton. Philly-based rapper Meek Mill, good buddies with our friend Lou Will (see, Lee, I can play this rhyming game, too), dropped our steed’s name in his latest – unreleased, yo – jam, Mr. Jones (Freestyle).
27 second mark:
The lyric:
maybe five time dat i gotta a million ways to get it ni&@a , how about rap, maybe how about this, go and get me a brick, put my youngins in the field like cliff lee and tell them pitch, or tell them ni&@as that, or tell them no never snitch, keep my lawyer paid off, and its money over a bitch
Damn, and here I thought we were getting a remix of the Counting Crows’ 1993 smash hit.
If you remember, last month, Roy Halladay popped up in Game’s All I Know:
Money like Madoff
Killin' like Adolph
Roy Halladay, I'll let a fuckin K off
I think Roy might win this battle. But hey, where’s Cole? I feel he’s probably best suited for a Diddy Dirty Money drop. He’d probably like that.
As for Cliff… He's pissing excellence. He's pissing excellence everywhere.

There’s not much rap that’s worse than Lil Wayne, but this definitely fits the category
Meek can rap but im not feelin the auto tune bs
Kyle, trying to listen to the song but then…. are you serious with this chevy commercial blaring in my face on your site. We’re all trying to make a buck, but take a lesson from myspace and… just never again.
wow this is unlistenable. why can’t good philly hip hop artists do something to get on this website? where is jedi mind tricks and chief kamachi? when is this corny autotune garbage going to just disappear?
matt- where? I try to turn of all ad network autoplay ads.
Kyle, it was a chevy commercial that actually went off numerous times throughout the day. Once when i was trying to listen to your interview on wip as well as during this song. I actually went and checked to make sure i was correct before posting because i had never seen an autoplay ad on your site before. Either way I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t gonna start happening all the time. I’m an avid reader by addiction/boredom so keep up the good work and tell chevy to chill.
Tough song to listen to but hearing Cliff’s name dropped amongst the rap made my heart skip a beat… or two 🙂 Ah, Cliff, you make impressions in this city of brotherly love.
Hon&@ys hate this shit.
