Source: Winter Classic Announcement Will Be Made at Citizens Bank Park

Confirming a reports by Tim Panaccio and Broad Street Hockey, the NHL will announce the Winter Classic next Monday, September 26th, before the Flyers-Rangers preseason game. The announcement will come at Citizens Bank Park.
As we told you yesterday, on that day, the Flyers will be hosting a season ticket holders BBQ at the ballpark from 4:00-6:30. That’s well known. But what’s not yet public is the NHL press conference scheduled at CBP.
A source has passed along an itinerary of upcoming ballpark events. It includes the following for next week:
9/25- Puerto Rican parade
9/26- NHL press conference
