DeSean Jackson Expected to Sign Franchise Tender, Todd Herremans Signs 3-Year Extension

Todd Herremans Eagles
Earlier today, Tim McManus of 97.5 The Fanatic reported that DeSean Jackson is expected to sign his franchise tender today.

The self-proclaimed "Toddfather", Todd Herremans, also cashed in today. Herremans signed a 3-year contract extension worth about $21 million.

Andy Reid is excited.

“We are excited to be able to sign Todd to a new contract,” said Eagles head coach Andy Reid. “Todd’s intelligence, toughness, durability, and leadership are second to none. Very few players in the NFL can play at an extremely high level at both the guard and tackle positions and Todd has done that for us. He has been a big part of the success of our offense over the last several years.”

With this news, Babin has offered Herremans a place to sleep so he can save some coin.

Jokes, Jokes.

  1. It would be the definition of insanity to think that doing the same thing in 2012 will result in a different result.
This was an 8-8 team in 2011, it will be again by doing the same exact things, with the same exact players.
