Bay area sports fans — specifically 49ers fans, for some reason — are the worst. We threw snowballs at Santa (now available in fun sweater form!), they can’t stop doing terrible things. And now there’s this: “One man was shot and several people were detained after a dispute that erupted among fans watching the 49ers-Raiders game at a downtown restaurant Sunday afternoon.”

Not much information is available, but a source of the San Jose Mercury News says it was a security guard trying to break up a fight who was shot, but police won’t confirm. Police also wouldn’t confirm how many people were arrested in relation to the shooting (though there were definitely some arrests). They did, however, confirm the incident was “game-related for sure.” But please, ESPN, mention again how there was a drunk tank in the Vet.

And all of that stuff above? That’s just outside the stadium. This is what goes on, with regularity, inside:

It was a day game, guys. But really, the best part of this whole video? The older dude in the Joe Montana jersey who walks up to the fight, looks it right in the face, and just takes a swig of his Budweiser. That dude’s been in some shit.
