From most accounts, Tim Tebow looked better during Monday’s OTAs. The Twitter dialogue was tired and predictable: Tebow haters kept hating. Tebow maniacs turned their sights on Eagles Beat Tweet for their failure to mention him walking on water. Both sides need to turn it down a few notches. Those beat writers are grumpy enough! Oh yeah. There’s that other thing… He’s the fourth string quarterback. In honor of Tebow’s lack of importance to the upcoming season, here’s a brief recent history of the Eagles’ fourth string quarterback, ranked:

10. Joey Elliott

9. Jerrod Johnson

8. Adam DiMichele
If the game were “Michelin Star Chef or Eagles Quarterback?” most of you were wrong here… and you read the headline… and he went to Temple! So Harry Mayes got it. Maybe.

7. Any Non-QB Who Threw A Pass
Brian Mitchell, Torrance Small, Freddie Mitchell, Dorsey Levens, Brian Westbrook, Mike Bartrum, Hank Baskett, David Akers, Greg Lewis, DeSean Jackson, Chas Henry & Brad Smith please stand up.

6. G.J. Kinne
They let him pretend for a season. Now he’ll join the group at #6.

5. Andy Hall
Guys meeting Hall for the first time make fun of him for putting his own name of the back of an Eagles jersey. Who does that?

4. Timmy Chang
Chang broke Ty Detmer’s college record for passing yards and outplayed Kevin Kolb in the 2003 Hawaii Bowl that went triple overtime. That counts for something, right?

3. Tim Hasselbeck

2. Tim Tebow
Like every QB on this list, Tebow hasn’t taken a regular season snap with the Eagles. The unwarranted attention puts him at #2.

1. Kelly Holcomb
They turned him into a 6th round draft pick from the Vikings. They used that pick to move up two spots and draft Jeremy Maclin. Sam Hinkie would be proud.
