Top three made it moments in baseball history:
The 27-year-old Stassi was drafted by the Phillies in the 33rd round of the 2011 MLB draft. Since then, he’s bounced around in Clearwater, Reading, and Lehigh Valley, where he batted .267/.369/.437 with 12 home runs in 2016. In 2015, Stassi won the Eastern League MVP Award with Reading after posting a .863 OPS with 15 home runs, 90 RBI, and a.995 fielding percentage at first base.
This spring, Stassi hit an impressive 1.118 OPS with six home runs and 17 RBI. Now he’s coming north.
