How much would you pay for Tom Brady’s autograph?

$300?

$500?

$750?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Go higher.

Tom is doing a private signing session at the end of March and TMZ Sports says they acquired the pricing sheet for his signature, which starts at a very modest $1,049.

More on prices:

A Patriots mini-helmet in 2017 was $900 … now, it will run you $1,079.

There’s a deal on jerseys — in 2017, Tom would sign your uni for $1,200. Now, he’ll do it for $1,099.

And, if you’re an artist who’s created an original Tom Brady painting, TB12 will sign it for $2,199!

The session is being held by New England Picture by way of Tri-Star — which has held several Brady signings in the past.

One of the interesting notes … the public is NOT allowed to attend the signing. Meaning you have to submit your items beforehand and you’ll get ’em back after the event is over.

Wow, sounds like a deal!

I’ll pay $1,079 dollars for Tom to sign my mini helmet, but I won’t even see it happen. I won’t get to say hello or shake his hand or anything like that. I just box it up, put it in the mail, and then get it back from some jabronies up in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Of course, the dude is a future Hall of Famer, and if that mini helmet is worth $10k or whatever some day, I guess it’s a smart investment. Shrug.

For comparison, Nick Foles apparently did one of these last year at starting prices of $200 and $280. And you actually got a picture of Nick signing your item, for proof that it happened, instead of just getting whatever reassurance that Brady actually penned your thing.

Me?

Personally I’m not a fan of the autograph seeker, the creepy old guy who collects signed footballs and helmets and whatever, then profits. If you wanna wait outside the Linc to have your 10-year-old kid meet one of the players and get his jersey signed, that’s really what it’s all about. Or put the items up at silent auction and send the proceeds to charity. We don’t need grown men lurking.

That’s my take.
