I guess this shouldn’t surprise anybody, unfortunately. Last week we reported that Beasley Media Group would be implementing wage cuts and hourly reductions as a response to the COVID-19 crisis, which would affect employees at 97.5 the Fanatic, 93.3 WMMR, and the five other radio stations the company owns in Philadelphia.
Tra had been co-hosting the morning show alongside Marc Farzetta, Bob Cooney, Jamie Lynch, and Sam Wilson since late 2018, when Anthony Gargano was moved to middays and Harry Mayes decided to leave the company. Thomas is a three-time Pro Bowler who played ten seasons for the Eagles, protecting Donovan McNabb’s blind side for a full decade before signing with the Jags as a free agent.
He retired as a Bird.
