Likely this means Marcus Smart enters the starting lineup, and then you can very easily justify taking Al Horford out for Matisse Thybulle and trying to match a smaller Celtics lineup.

The matchups would look something like this:

1. Shake Milton –> Kemba Walker (or Smart)
2. Josh Richardson –> Marcus Smart (or Kemba)
3. Matisse Thybulle –> Jayson Tatum
4. Tobias Harris –> Jaylen Brown
5. Joel Embiid –> Daniel Theis

Something like that.
