Andy Dalton, Who is Having the Worst Month, is Now on the Reserve/COVID List
Andy Dalton suffered a concussion on a cheap shot in the 25-3 Washington loss, which kept him out of Sunday’s Eagles/Cowboys game.
Now Dallas is gonna have to turn to Ben DiNucci for a second-straight game because Dalton is on the reserve/COVID-19 list:
The Dallas Cowboys will be without quarterback Andy Dalton for a second straight game but not because of the concussion he sustained two weeks ago. Dalton will be placed on the reserve/COVID 19 list on Tuesday, which will knock him out of Sunday’s game… https://t.co/126lxlBS2k

Jeez. Poor guy. First you come in for Dak Prescott after he goes down for the year, then you’re knocked out of a game with a concussion and now you find yourself on the COVID/reserve list.
The Cowboys play the 7-0 Steelers at home this Sunday and they are going to get absolutely obliterated. They’ll fall to 2-7 and that should do it for their hopes of winning the atrocious NFC East. To make things even more awkward, owner Jerry Jones threw DiNucci under the bus on Dallas radio this week.
Other than that, everything is good in the Big D.
Update:
The #Cowboys are seriously contemplating turning to QB Cooper Rush as their starter this week… which would require he get activated from the practice squad, source said. With Andy Dalton down with COVID, it may not be Ben DiNucci again.
