Roger Goodell Expects to Have Full NFL Stadiums in 2021
A word from the commish:
Roger Goodell said the plan is to welcome back fans in 2021. "We want to see every one of our fans back," Goodell said. "We expect to have full stadiums in the coming season."

You think Philly will be down with this? Mayor Kenney and Health Commissioner Thomas Farley haven’t exactly been in a hurry to reopen our sporting venues.
Most recently, the city decided that they would not match the new guidelines set by Governor Wolf, who is moving Pennsylvania to 25% capacity for indoor arenas and 50% for outdoor arenas on April 4th. Instead, Philly is going to re-evaluate the situation this coming month, with an eye toward April 30th for possible matching.
From that point, we’d be about four months away from the start of the football season. That sounds like plenty of time to get everybody vaccinated, but I don’t know. Some of the blue states with big cities may very well not be at 100% capacity by the time the NFL season begins, and it’s not Goodell’s call anyway. The individual jurisdictions decide how many people can be in the stadiums.
Right now, we’re going to set the odds. We’re going +125 on Lincoln Financial Field being full for the home opener. -110 for 75% capacity and -500 for 60% capacity.
