That’s a bummer for Curry, who turned 33 this summer. He signed with the Jets in March after playing 11 games for the Eagles last season. Curry had a brief stop in Tampa, in 2018, but otherwise has played the entirety of his nine-year NFL career in Philadelphia.

Curry won a ring with the Birds in 2017. He started all 16 games, logged three sacks, 18 QB hits, 10 tackles for loss, and a forced fumble. He had nine tackles in the postseason and four QB hits.
