The NFL trade deadline kind of sucks. You occasionally get a big blockbuster, like Von Miller going to the Rams, but otherwise it doesn’t have half the juice as the NBA, MLB, or NHL deadlines.

Howie Roseman moved Zach Ertz a couple of weeks ago, so the thought was that they might be done until the offseason, and NJ.com’s Mike Kaye is reporting that Andre Dillard is likely going nowhere:

Dillard wasn’t bad at all when he came in to cover for Lane Johnson’s absence. That theoretically could have increased his trade value or interest from other teams. The Birds have Jordan Mailata at left tackle on a long-term deal, so if you can get something worthwhile back for a former first rounder who is not in the starting lineup, you’d likely try to do that, unless they have plans to use him beyond this season in a different configuration.

Other candidates for trades? There aren’t many. Fletcher Cox’s name was thrown out there as a guy teams were calling on, but those rumors cooled off.

That’s about it for now. Slow day on the trade front. Deadline 4 p.m.
