Taylor Heinicke and Kyle Allen Still in D.C.
Let’s get it back to the Eagles.
They play Washington tonight in Philly and as of this morning, the WFT quarterback situation is still up in the air, with their current #1 and #2 remaining in the D.C. swamp:
Seems like the Washington QB situation could go all the way to the 4pm roster deadline for tonight’s 7pm game. If Heinicke or Allen don’t clear, it will be Garrett Gilbert.

If one or both of those guys do clear, they’ll take a private jet up here. Short ride. Gotta be 30-40 minutes, tops.
Otherwise, Gilbert goes. He played one game for the Cowboys last year, a loss, and was okay. If the Eagles can’t beat Garrett Gilbert, then we should put this season on NASA’s Mars Rover and fire it into orbit.
Go Birds!
