Alright, the oldheads who read Crossing Broad might have brain leaking out of their ears by the time they reach the bottom of this post. Let’s all agree we’re going to do our best to follow along here before you yell at me in the comments. Or you can go read Kevin’s Top 10 Delaware Valley Car Dealer Catch Phrases and Commercials because that’s probably more your speed.
Ok. Deep breath. Ready…?
So late last night, rappers Young Thug and Gunna were arrested on RICO charges in a 56-count indictment as members of YSL, Young Thug’s music label, now characterized as a criminal street gang by Atlanta police.
Here’s the meat of the charges thanks to WSBTV:
Rappers Young Thug and his Young Slime Life syndicate were arrested early Monday afternoon.
Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Williams, is accused of conspiring to associate together and with others for the common purposes of illegally obtaining money and property through a pattern of racketeering activity and conducting and participating in the enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity.
James Harden has been friends with Young Thug and Gunna for awhile now. They’ve been in Adidas Commercials together, Thug sat courtside for some of his games, and Harden was at his album release party in October:
Heat fans are so nervous that vintage James Harden is back after his Game 4 performance that they found this tweet from 2011 and are tagging the FBI because they think this makes him an accessory.
These are the fans of the #1 seed? –
Did Heat fans ever stop and think maybe James Harden just got a nice bottle of some Yves Saint Laurent cologne and wanted to let the people know? YSL cologne was the shit back in 2011. Get out of the shower. Throw some of that on the wrist and neck and head out the door to my Comms 101 class feeling like a million bucks.
P.S. If you have the means you better bet your life savings on the Sixers in Game 5. Joel Embiid loses the MVP and James Harden loses one of his best friends? Pray for the Heat.
