Listen, I have a fondness for Cooper Rush. I bet on him during that Vikings game last year on Halloween night that he won outright. So there is no Eagles bias here with what I’m about to say:

Skip Bayless is out of his god damn mind thinking Cooper Rush can hold Dak Prescott’s jock. Not since I heard Jeffrey Lurie brag about Nate Sudfeld having the most impressive deep ball on the team have I rolled my eyes further into the back of my head. I do love the Skip’s eternal optimism though. Same blind optimism Eagles fans used when Koy Detmer, AJ Feeley, and Jeff Garcia saved past seasons. The only problem is we don’t get paid millions to spew it. There is no chance Cooper Rush and the Cowboys are above .500 when Dak returns.
