It’s a Lisfranc for Nakobe Dean

Guy just can’t stay healthy:
#Eagles LB Nakobe Dean has been diagnosed with a Lisfranc sprain, sources tell me and @RapSheet. Dean, who called the defensive signals to start this season, will see a foot specialist to determine a course of action but he’s expected to be placed on IR. pic.twitter.com/SE2sEykwLW

Jeff McLane says the Lisfranc is in Dean’s left foot, while the September injury was his right foot. He’s only played 182 snaps this year, which amounts to 31.4%. For comparison, Kevin Byard, who has been here for two weeks, has already played 147 snaps at safety. With Dean out, it’ll be Zach Cunningham and Nicholas Morrow carrying the load at linebacker. Christian Elliss is available as well, but he’s only played 46 defensive snaps and most of his playing time is on special teams.
