It’s safe to say emotions will be running high in a good way at Citizens Bank Park this weekend.

Cole Hamels’ Wall of Fame enshrinement is obviously the top attraction of the three-game series.

The Phils are also on fire, as is the weather, which is important for betting the weekend series because balls could fly out of CBP, especially with the pitchers slated to toe the rubber for Arizona.

The Phillies are deservedly a -180 favorite to win the series at DraftKings. That number should probably be higher if you look at the state of Arizona’s pitching staff.

Jordan Montgomery, who was one of the prized free agents this offseason, hasn’t pitched well at all, which is a good representation of how the DBacks’ season has gone as a whole. It’s been super disappointing after winning the NL pennant last season.

Montgomery comes into CBP with a 6.00 ERA and righties are hitting .328 with seven home runs against him.

Hello, Trea Turner, Alec Bohm, and Nick Castellanos Friday night props.

Sure, June belongs to Kyle Schwarber, but Montgomery hasn’t given up a long ball to a left-handed batter all season.

If you strictly play the splits on Friday, Turner, Bohm, and Castellanos should be your targets. A three-man hit parlay gets you to plus money. All of them are over +400 to go yard. The wind is blowing out to right-center for Friday’s game.

Taijuan Walker’s been prone to conceding some home runs this season as well, but he’s been steadier on the mound in the last three starts. He’s gone at least five innings in all of his June appearances and held the Baltimore Orioles to three earned runs in his last outing.

The pitching matchups only get more favorable for the Phillies as the series goes on. Zack Wheeler and Cristopher Sanchez will oppose Tommy Henry and Slade Cecconi.

Wheeler and Sanchez each have sub-2.00 home ERAs. Henry and Cecconi are prospects who haven’t panned out as much as possible at the major-league level.

Henry and Cecconi each have ERAs over 5.50. Henry allowed five earned runs and two homers in his last appearance against the Chicago White Sox. Cecconi allowed at least five hits in six of his last eight starts and recently gave up seven runs on 10 hits to the Los Angeles Angels.

So, yeah, it could get a bit lopsided at the Bank this weekend, and we could see a wide array of Phillies sluggers go yard.

The -180 series price seems like a Hammer Lock of the Century with how everything lines up for the Fightins.
