Last year, an Eagles fan died after suffering a heart attack during a game at Lincoln Financial Field.

38 year old Marco Bianchi was watching from Section 131 when the emergency took place, which resulted in medical personnel administering aid in the stands. Now his brother is filing a lawsuit against the team, as Kennedy Rose from the Philadelphia Business Journal reports:

Rose notes in her story that the Eagles decline to comment on pending litigation.

Details on the incident are scarce, and were not widely explored out of respect to the family. Crossing Broad readers did note, on our Facebook page, that it was particularly hot that day, an afternoon game that took place in late September.

Bianchi was a Wilmington native who graduated from Archmere Academy and St. Joe’s University, according to his obituary. He was passionate about wine-making and sports and was survived by a longtime girlfriend.
