Eagles Fans Tame and Befriend Wild Pigeon

Some Eagles fans were being idiots yesterday, but not all of them. Some were enjoying the game while minding their own business while others were welcoming a pigeon into their group and having a lot of fun:

Looks like a great time, but we could use some background information here. We’d like to know what the pigeon is eating, and how long he or she stuck around. Does the guy who tamed the pigeon have prior avian or zoological experience?
Anyway, this was probably more entertaining than 75% of the actual game.
