Kyle Schwarber hit a Schwarbomb off Kodai Senga in the first inning of Game 1, breaking the Phillies’ record for postseason home runs with his 12th:

Schwarber entered the game in a three-way tie with Bryce Harper and Jayson Werth. The only other Phillie with double digit playoff homers is Chase Utley, who hit ten. Ryan Howard is 5th, with eight, and then there’s a jumble of Rhys Hoskins, J.T. Realmuto, Shane Victorino, and Lenny Dykstra, who all hit six. You’d think more of the guys from the 70s and 80s would be on the list, but none have more than five. Schwarber, by the way, has 21 postseason career home runs and holds the MLB record with 5 postseason leadoff homers.
