Soft Eddie Perez Once Again Has Ushers Remove Phillies Fans from the Bullpen Area

The sky is blue, the grass is green, and Braves “Major League Coach” Eddie Perez acts like a Karen whenever he comes to CBP:
The fan who took the video, James Notor, says in a follow up that he was “removed by security…and given a warning if I came back I would be removed from the bank.” Notor says fans weren’t even doing that much, but it doesn’t require full context from Tuesday night to know that Eddie Perez has a history of being a big baby whenever he comes to Citizens Bank Park. He’s had several tangles with The Philly Captain going back to 2022, first when Cap welcomed the Braves’ bullpen to their “worst nightmare” and said he was going to torture them for nine innings. That resulted in Perez saying “do you want to go home right now?” before signaling for an usher. Then, less than a month later, there was another incident Cap filmed in which Perez was having some sort of issue with a fan, also in the bullpen area. There’s video of the fan asking for a ball, and Perez responds with a few inaudible lines before again calling over the usher.
Say what you will about heckling, but a lot of these guys laugh it off and then it goes away. It’s a division rival game. Phillies vs. Braves! Come on, man. If someone’s crossing a line and saying something they shouldn’t say, then get ’em out of there, but Perez seems to have the thinnest skin, thinner than the lunchmeat from a Subway sandwich. And here’s a rhetorical question for Braves fans, ask yourself why this only seems to happen when Perez is in town. If Phillies fans are so bad, why is Perez the only one asking for them to be removed? What’s different about the 28 other MLB bullpens when they come to CBP?
Even in the first video from years ago, you see Collin McHugh laughing at Cap while Perez immediately turns into a Karen. It’s a Perez issue, not a fan issue:
