Tom Brady Meeting with Raiders Opponents is a Bigger Issue Than the Tush Push

Tom Brady is the co-owner of the Raiders, but also does color commentary on FOX. So he meets with teams for his job. Players, coaches, execs etc. This season the NFL loosened up the restrictions during production meetings so he can do his job more efficiently. He’s allowed to meet remotely with players and coaches but won’t be allowed to attend team practices. That’s still too much now that we know how involved he is:

That’s bullshit. In a world where we’re bitching and moaning about the Tush Push, this should be the #1 controversy. The NFL is allowing one of the biggest cheaters in NFL history to learn more about his opponents. A conflict of interest, no? Even if teams tell him to fuck off, it’s still bullshit. All of the information Brady gathers can be used in a ton of different ways. He can learn about players that might be heading towards free agency he can use in negotiations or maybe he learns something about an up-and-coming coordinator he can poach for a job. He has more access to other teams than any other owner in the league. He might only own 5% of the Raiders, but he’s the most powerful minority owner in the NFL. It’s a total conflict of interest. Thank god he’s stuck with Geno Smith, who, even with the boat load of inside information, can’t help him.

More irony for you:

He calls the Bears next week, which will be the Raiders Week 4 opponent:

Caleb Williams’ fingernails are green.

All the Eagles are doing is playing big boy football better than anyone else and people are losing their minds. How are we not talking about integrity of the game when it comes to this? Typical hypocritical NFL.
