After Cowboys Loss, Eagles Only a -10000 Favorite to Win NFC East
Bad loss in Dallas on Sunday.
After choking away a three-touchdown lead, the Birds fell to 8-3 and Cowboys improved to 5-5-1. Now the Eagles are only a -10000 favorite to win the division at BetMGM:
- Favorite: Eagles: -10000
- 2nd favorite: Cowboys: +3500
- 3rd favorite: Commanders: +30000
- off the board entirely: Giants
- Highest Ticket%: Giants 32.1%
- Highest Handle%: Eagles 34.5%
- Biggest liability: Giants
BetMGM can rest easy knowing that the Giants are cooked. The G Men are 2-10 and officially eliminated from playoff contention. Washington is likewise wracked with injuries and their defense blows. They’re toast.
Is there a legitimate chance the Cowboys turn this thing around and go on a run? That’s unlikely. They play Kansas City at home and Detroit on the road in their next two games. It does get easier after that, with the Vikings and Chargers at home, then the Commies and Giants on the road to end the season, but the Eagles still get the Commies twice and Raiders at home, so even if the LA, Buffalo, and Chicago games to go shit, the worst the Eagles will finish is 11-6.
As much as Sunday SUCKED, it didn’t mean much in the grand scheme of things. Dallas is still way behind. That was their Super Bowl. They needed a total collapse from the Eagles and George Pickens looking like prime Randy Moss just to break .500 on the season. Let’s not blow things out of proportion here. Those cockroach scumbags will return to reality this week and realize they remain bang average and need a hope and prayer just to get into the playoffs. The Birds have plenty of things to figure out, but they’re going to be the first repeat NFC East winner since 2004. That’s a stone cold, lead pipe lock.
If you want a stupid parlay for NJ and PA sports betting, just for shits and giggles, pick Ravens, Colts, and Eagles all to win their divisions. It gets you to -143 at BetMGM. Throw the Patriots and Broncos in there too. Let’s get dumb! –
