They found his command, too. Kidding, kidding.
A couple of weeks ago, we told you about Kyle Kendrick's World Series ring, which was stolen from his home in Washington. Yesterday, police arrested the five people responsible- but there was no sign of the actual World Series ring: [Bellingham Herald]
The Skagit Valley Herald reports police stopped a car last week in Everett and found a 2009 National League championship ring in the car and arrested an Arlington man. The next day police searched a home in Mount Vernon and found some of Kendrick's clothing and several baseballs. Officers arrested a man and a woman. Then on Tuesday, police arrested two more suspects, a man and woman, in Everett.
Something tells me that World Series ring is being worn by a faux northwest gangsta, who picked it up at a pawn shop.
