Of Course Someone Made a Roy Halladay-Snake Breaking Rap Song
By Kyle Scott
Published:
It was only a matter of time before Roy Halladay moved on from simple rap lyric name drops to a song in his honor. In this case, Breaks Snakes, an homage to the Amazon adventure in which Doc sorta kinda saved a naked man from an Anaconda. That, or the the artist, Flula, was on a massive acid trip and decided to record a jam about his favorite pitcher.
One or the other.
He doesn't save games, he wins them son
The only saves he makes are in the AmazonIf a snake bites your bootie, Doc will be there
To beat up the snake, and give you clean underwearHe's like a snake charmer
with a 4 seam fastballDoc Halladay Doc Halladay
He beats up snakes and has a low ER
Right.
UPDATE: A few have pointed out that Flula is a recurring guest on the WIP afternoon show with Glen Macnow and Anthony Gargano. I didn't put two and two together. That's where this song originated.
