Jim, or "Sully" as they call him (although that name has been made famous by Chesley B.), had a great week. Not only was he one of the first reporters to break the news of the Ryan Howard signing, he also was the reporter who spoke with Jayson Werth's agent Jeff Borris, who told Salisbury that Werth and the Phillies were at an "impasse" in contract talks.
In what was mostly a rough week for the Phillies on the field, Sully broke all the news off the field.
