Lets take a look back at the last time the Sixers made it to the Eastern Conference Finals. This entire series had it all. AI and Vince Carter trading 50 point games. Carter going to UNC’s graduation the day of the Game 7 against the Raptor’s wishes. Back and forth! The final score being 88-87??? A vanishing scorebug on the broadcast! The black Sixers baselines! The childhood memories are flowing!

Warning: Make sure you’re not watching these highlights of hook shots and guys diving for loose balls around your dad. I don’t want him to have to change his shorts before gametime:

Think of everything that has happened since the Sixers were last in the ECF. AI is now a technology that is threatening to take over the world. Aaron McKie has been hired and fired as the head coach of his alma mater. Vince Carter played for almost 20 more seasons and is now on ESPN. Dikembe Mutumbo leaked the NBA Draft lottery script which ended up getting the Sixers the 1st overall pick. Charles Oakley is banned from Madison Square Garden. The Eric Snow commentator experiment failed when he fell asleep calling a Sixers game. Dell Curry is the father to a top-10 basketball player of all time. Kevin Ollie went on an improbable run to a title with UConn. Pat Croce is half shaman/half kung fu master. And Todd MacCulloch is a professional pinball player. Crazy.

This AI interview after the game is awesome! Where the fuck was security, lol? Nowadays Cassidy Hubbarth has direct orders to shoot on sight if a fan gets to within five feet of Joel Embiid during the postgame interview:
