The tournament begins this week, pushed back from April due to the COVID-19 pandemic. College Gameday will broadcast from the Par 3 course on Saturday.
As a former Augusta resident, I can say that the city is beautiful at this time of year, and it should be a fun tournament, even during THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES. The Masters should be a mandatory visit for all sports fans, a pilgrimage of sorts, even if you’re not totally into golf. I wrote about that last year in a column titled, Put The Masters on Your Sports Bucket List.
