According to public court records, the simple assault and harassment charges filed three months ago against Mike Missanelli have been withdrawn. The case is now listed as “closed” –

Missanelli was arrested on April 8th after allegedly hitting his fiancé, according to the police report. In the FOX 29 writeup, it’s said that “police talked to the fiancé, and she claimed that she and Missanelli were arguing about her engagement, and that Missanelli slapped her in the face. Officers said she had a cut on her forehead and her ear was swollen.” It was also reported by law enforcement that Missanelli said the woman hit him in the chest, an incident he described as a “scuffle.”

The former 97.5 the Fanatic and 94 WIP radio host posted bail after his arrest and the court records show a preliminary hearing on June 24th, which was continued from an original date of April 22nd.

Meantime, Missanelli has an August 18th trial date in his legal battle with Joe Krause of JAKIB Media. Mikey Miss is seeking more than $50,000 in unpaid compensation for work performed on JAKIB’s Philadelphia Eagles postgame YouTube show. Krause argues that Missanelli did not fulfill all of the obligations of his contract, which was not signed and finalized. That trial will take place at the Montgomery County Courthouse.
