Your Monday Morning Roundup

Horrible, horrible forecasting job from the weather people. No one – from Gary Szatkowski to Hurricane Schwartz – was close on this. Here was the projected snow fall total as of about 11 a.m. on Saturday, from the National Weather Service:
And this morning:
I live in Horsham and have about a dusting outside. Good job, guys.
Let’s hit it!
But first, a word from our sponsors:
G spot coming. This bad boy is arriving later today. Stay tuned.
More. If you can’t wait to buy our G, then may I recommend Philly Phaithful’s Raffl House. Here.
Andrej. Meet Mezzy at the Sports Vault in the King of Prussia Mall on Tuesday, March 4 from 7 – 8:15 p.m. Details and tickets here.
Tickets. We have concert tickets at Crossing Broad Tickets, too. Great deals. See for yourself.
The roundup:
AI’s awesome retirement speech.
Joshua Harris is the worst public speaker on Earth.
Donovan McNabb is the Michael Jordan of being a son of a bitch.
This is the perfect quote-photobomb combo:
Seems like Ellen is getting lukewarm reviews on Twitter. I thought she was good. Different, light, kind of cheesy, but good. Who else can get multi-millionaires in $1,000 suits and $10,000 dresses to eat greasy pizza on live TV? I missed the 9-10 hour watching True Detective, so maybe there was a lull, but I thought she did a nice job. And the speeches were terrific, from Jared Leto to the director of Gravity (which is a terrible movie that just looked really good) to that woman from 12 Years a Slave to Matthew McConaughey:

Alright. Alright. Alright. Of course, Rustin Cohle would be going ballistic over this speech.
Nike unveiled the US Soccer Team’s World Cup kits. White. Lots of white:
Cody Asche’s hand is not broken after getting plunked over the weekend.

Strong pubes on Cooter. Strong pubes:

Actually a good article from Marcus Hayes – with real, big boy sentences – about how Allen Iverson influenced Villanova players. Villanova, by the way, is now 26-3 and on their way to a top 2 seed.
Harold Reynolds and Tom Verducci joining Joe Buck in the broadcast booth for the World Series.
Vince McMahon sharted his pants once.
Iverson rolled into Philly wearing a Yankees hat this weekend, and you know what, I ain’t even mad.
I like what Nike is doing and really like the Seahawks’ uniforms, but these are just awful. Maybe it’s because I hate brown.
Michelle Beadle returns to ESPN today. I miss the days of her on Cathedrals of the Game on INHD. My HD TV became a man to that show.
