Kevin Kolb Named NFC Offensive Player of the Week

Heyyyy, let’s just fuel that fire a little bit more.
Kevin Kolb was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week. As we wrote on Monday, there is a quarterback controversy, whether anyone wants to admit it or not. At the very least, Kolb has shown that he should be given the opportunity to become “the future” of the Eagles. Leaving Michael Vick as the starter, even though we all called for it three weeks ago, is going to be detrimental to Kolb’s growth.
Reid wants to call it “a beautiful thing,” but it’s not. It’s a very uncomfortable situation.
