UPDATE: Link is down for now on the website.

As we told you about a month ago, Cliff Lee and his wife chose Rittenhouse Square as their home. Today they made settlement at 1706 Rittenhouse, or the "gem of Rittenhouse."  That was a moniker previously reserved for whatever chick Pat Burrell was banging on a given night.  But it's available now, so…

1706 is self-described as:

The most exclusive residence in all of Center City. The gem of Rittenhouse Square with 29 full floor units; virtually column free space, floor to ceiling windows open to expansive views, 10 to 20 ft. ceilings, two terraces for each unit and the top of the line finishes make this the most desirable address in Philadelphia. Each unit has over 4100 square feet of customizable space. Common amenities include state of the art fitness center with sauna, massage rooms, endless pool, private boardroom and garden. Architects are Cope Linder and Interior Designs are by Karen Daroff of Daroff Design, two of Philadelphia's best. Included in each unit price is an onsite parking space in the fully automated underground garage.

Kind of like your house, minus the paragraph above.

The post on the Atacan Group's website details the location of other athlete homes, including those of Chase Utley, Michael Vick, Jeff Carter, and Marvin Harrison…

The Carts home may not be news for our 17-28 year-old female readers, who may recognize its ceiling.

Lee was in attendance for the settlement, despite initial reports to the contrary.

Lee paid $2.85 million for his home in Arkansas.
