The house was purchased by Chip, according to Zillow, for $1,150,000, so there’s a negligible profit to be made [editor’s note: nope– figure about $70k in realtor fees if he gets asking price] and no discernible “Chip lived here” price gauging (or drop, to be honest). The pictures at Zillow are from the previous listing and the place is decorated like two 100-year-olds live there. Seriously, they look like pictures taken by Ghost Hunters:
