After his second DUI arrest and reports that he has a serious problem, Donovan McNabb has been indefinitely suspended by Fox Sports. In a statement much clearer than McNabb’s own, Fox said what they needed to say:

“Donovan McNabb has been suspended indefinitely. It is important that Donovan use this time as best he can to resolve his personal situation.”

McNabb had already taken “leave” at his NBC Sports radio show, so the Fox suspension takes him off the air altogether. One would help this allows McNabb to get the help he needs – or at least realize he needs help – but the statement he made on the issue makes me think he’ll just use this time to sit around and think nonsense thoughts.

  1. At least #5 took responsibility by touching his chest and saying “My bad*.

  2. Having lived with an Alcoholic off and on growing up, he’s showing the same symptoms as my family member did. Everyone can beg and plead with him to get help as much as they want, but until he realizes for himself that he needs to change, nothing is going to work.

  3. Who gives a fuck if mcnabb wants to relax with a couple adult beverages. Nothing beats a couple beers to get loose after working hard

  4. Philly Influencer site is clean and easy to read. No silly ads getting in the way.

I cant believe im saying this…but Brace is not doing a bad job. The name is terrible, but so far the experience isn’t that bad.

  5. Fuck this jerkoff loser! I hope he gets a few months in jail and gets a big one up his ass from Bubba! Number 5 will always be a loser!

  6. “One would help this allows McNabb to get the help he needs” –
I am assuming that you meant hope for the first help.
One would hope that is what you meant.

    1. Two paragraphs. Probably around 100 words. Nope…can’t be bothered to proofread this one. The editing on this site is abysmal.

  7. He continues to be so worried about being likeable or liked, he was quickly Identified as a fraud in a city that will love assholes as long as they are genuine. He still has not gotten it.

  8. Isn’t the point of a blog to be quick with the news? If the local newspaper beats you to the story then you are failing.

  9. McNabb is an alcoholic, it is a disease. So yeah, go ahead and do the classy thing like make fun of him.

    1. It’s not a fuckin’ disease! Just like drug addiction us not a fuckin’ disease! It’s choice losers make like this every day!

    2. Alcoholism is a disease, but it’s the only one you can get yelled at for having. Goddamn it Otto, you are an alcoholic! Goddamn it Otto, you have Lupus! One of those two doesn’t sound right.

  10. May be a sign he has CTE or post-concussive syndrome. Let’s hope not though.

  11. Couldn’t happen to a more rotten disingenuous phony Bleep of a person than McNabb. The prick got Rush Limbaugh fired from ESPN back in 2005 when he Accurately said the media wanted black QBs like McNabb to succeed, and now 10yrs later, the big idiot from Syracuse is suffering the same humiliation. Good! Also hope AZ courts imprison him for 30 days minimum.. God I hate that guy

    1. that was in 2003 and Limbaugh got himself fired, but I think he was right on the money with what he said. ESPN hired the guy to give his opinion, but then when he started actually giving his own thoughts, instead of following a script, ESPN got scared and fired him. From Michael Vick to Mcnabb to Russell Wilson and even guys like Geno Smith, the media handles the black quarterback with kid gloves

      1. Except RG III cause he might be a Republican/sellout/cornball brotha’.
I thought Seahawks playas said Russell Wilson isn’t black enough ?
