A full slate of NFL football is ahead today, and legal sportsbooks the US are ready to take your action. Here are all of the NFL Week 1 lines from leading sportsbooks, along with some data on select games.

Since 1993, the biggest Week 1 favorite is only 12-23 against the spread (ATS).

NFC East teams aren’t very good as big home favorites in division games. Since 2005, they are only 6-12 ATS when favored by eight or more points. They’re also 0-8 ATS when favored by nine or more points dating back to the 2007 season.

The under has hit in all three of the Eagles’ Week 1 games under Pederson. It’s also 18-8 at The Linc since Pederson took over, and 13-5 when the total is 46 or less.

 

Falcons-Vikings

The Falcons are 0-3-1 ATS in their last four games against the Vikings. The line has shifted slightly in the Falcons’ favor, opening at 4.

This game is getting priced up and approaching the all-important -7. I grabbed the Ravens under a touchdown. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this as sneaky high-scoring.

I am selling everything about the Chiefs this year. Patrick Mahomes is flying just a bit too high heading into the season. Tyreke Hill is a bad human. And Andy Reid always disappoints. Going against Nick Foles and a rejuvenated Jaguars offense, which actually has a quarterback now, I’m playing the Jaguars hard in this.

 

Rams-Panthers

There’s been pretty significant line movement on this one. The Rams were up to 3-point favorites and then things came crashing down. They have to fly across the country and Jared Goff is not nearly the same quarterback on the road as he is at home. Also this:

Titans-Browns

Tennessee is 2-6-1 against the spread (ATS) in their last nine games against the Browns. The Browns is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games. If the Browns are a true Super Bowl contender, they should win by more than a touchdown here.

 

Bengals-Seahawks

This is a big spread and all of the data from the Eagles game applies here. Big number for Week 1. That said, the Seahawks are very good at home. They are 4-0-1 ATS in their last five games against AFC North opponents and 5-0 SU in their last five home games. And the spread has shifted 0.5 in the Bengals’ favor, cashing you out on a Seahawks 10-point win.

 

Colts-Chargers

The line is creeping up toward a field goal here. Worth grabbing the Lions at -2.5 if it’s available.

Seems high given the two teams playing.

Tom Brady is 36-10-4 all-time when favored between 5-7 points, and 19-3-3 ATS all-time at home in that range. He’s 12-0-1 ATS at home when favored between 5-6 points.
