Charlie Manuel Suspended

Charlie Manuel has been suspended for one game and fined for "aggressive arguing and inappropriate contact" with CB Bucknor on Tuesday night. Charlie should have curbed him, Bucknor was recently named MLB's worst umpire and is giving the "CB" moniker a bad name.
What is going on here? First Polanco and Utley hurt, then maybe Lee to the Mets, possibly trading Werth, and now Charlie?
That means the Phillies lineup tonight could look like this:
Victorino, Valdez, Rollins, Howard, Werth, Ibanez, Dobbs, Sardinha, and Hamels being managed by Pete Mackanin.
Yikes.
