That there is the ransom note sent by Indians bullpeners to Brandon Moss after they caught his 100th career home run. Moss, it seems, will need to take a trip the Apple Store… or the lube store.
Moss was let go by the Phillies a few years ago. Ruben Amaro didn’t think he could hit a Major League fastball. Moss, who was an All-Star last year, has 86 home runs since 2012– that’s good for 19th most in baseball over the same span. The Phillies opted for John Bowker instead, and, like most of Rube’s moves, we know how that worked out.
