Just when I thought I’d reached my nirvana of off-season Sixers content with a late-night drop of a Ben Simmons jumpshot Zapruder film, The Process tagged in with a delightful video. While I’m sure a video of the Sixers’ franchise center downing a full pitcher of Shirley Temples -with an absurd amount of grenadine- is going to make Celtics fanboys like Bill Simmons jump for joy, I take solace in knowledge that Embiid has not only posed for Instagram, but even traipsed shirtless through the streets of Philly.

A few notes on Embiid’s recipe and form:

1. It’s a wonderful lesson on proper mixology.
2. Good eye contact with the camera.
3. You can never have enough cherries.
4. Jimmy Butler liked the post.
5. I know it’s a Mt. Dew sponsored video, but I cannot confirm whether or not Mt. Dew Ice is a suitable replacement for Sprite.
6. I dig grenadine. It’s my go-to for mixing it up at the wedding bar. That’s WAY too much grenadine. If he doesn’t cut back, we might have to get him in touch with Wilford Brimley.
