The Eagles-Patriots Game Has Been Flexed out of FOX's Game of the Week, Because the Eagles Stink
The Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns game on Sunday, December 6 at 1:00 PM ET moves from CBS to FOX, and the Carolina Panthers at New Orleans Saints on FOX moves from 1:00 PM ET to 4:25 PM ET to be part of the national doubleheader window.
And as Howard Eskin points out – on his second try – this means the Eagles-Patriots game will no longer be America’s Game of the Week, because, as it turns out, America doesn’t want to watch the Patriots stomp the remaining air out of this piss poor Eagles season.
The #eagles game w #patriots in week 13 #nfl remains at 4:25 but no longer the national game on #fox. That's panthers Saints.

Only the Eagles’ hideous offense can turn FOX away from Tom Brady’s surefire ratings bonanza. It’s like putting a 20-minute infomercial in the middle of Empire. It’s just too much to overcome.
