Mike Scott was out of the Sixers’ postseason rotation and didn’t play much for Doc Rivers this season. We knew this would be it for him in a Sixers uniform, and it appears as though that’s the case semi-officially, because he went on Instagram today and shared a couple of photo montages that touch on his time in Philadelphia.

This one shows some pictures with fans, and also harkens back to his incredible and famous run in with the F Lot Crew:

Scott was earning $5 million this year and is now an unrestricted free agent turning 33 next month.

He came over in the Tobias Harris trade, and his biggest Philadelphia moment, aside from brawling with the F Lot jabronies at Lincoln Financial Field, was probably the huge three pointer he hit in Game 4 against Brooklyn to put the Sixers up 3-1 and essentially ice that series. He was good in Games 5 and 6 in the 2019 Toronto series and of course we take 2020 against Boston and just put that whole series in the trash.

But anyway, Mike was a good dude, always enjoyed interacting with him. He kept it real. Not a bullshitter, which is appreciated.

Here he is tangling with the F Lot guys:
